Photographe mariage Ajaccio.

Le mariage d’ Elodie et Julien a été l’ouverture de ma saison de photographe de mariage 2019. Direction Ajaccio .

Pour un photographe de mariage, couvrir un mariage en corse est un plaisir, un formidable terrain de jeu. Tant la lumière et les paysages offrent une expérience visuelle des plus réjouissantes. Ce mariage sur l’île de beauté a eu lieu le 30 mars un beau jour de printemps.

J’ai rejoins mes fiancés du jour pour leurs préparations respectives á l’hôtel Sofitel Golfe d’ Ajaccio.

La chambre occupée par les futurs mariés offrait une vue imprenable sur la mer des plus apaisante.

Accompagné des grooms et bridemaids l’effervescence était palpable dans la chambre. Apres l’ébullition des préparatifs place aux cérémonies. Ce fut un mariage intime, en petit comité. Un mariage en deux temps, un passage á la mairie puis direction l’église.

La cérémonie religieuse a eu lieu dans la cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption ou les jeunes mariés ont échangé leurs voeux sous l’œil ému des invités .

Ensuite nous avons profité pour faire des photos de couple en bord de mer, quelques cliches au couché de soleil. Les séances couples sont un bon moyen pour faire une coupure, déconnecté du tumulte du jour j pour profiter de sa moitié et ensuite mieux retrouver ses convives.

What is the purpose of the couple’s photographs ?

The request to realize a photo session couple and for most of the time, a session that the couple wishes to realize before the marriage. Either to announce the engagement in order to realize the invitation of the announcements, or to expose them the day, also to put on the site for the preparation of the wedding, etc…

It is also an option to make a surprise at the time of the request in marriage. The session can also take place just for the pleasure of the couple just a memory in a beautiful place

I went to Peniche, a seaside town at 1 hour from Lisbon, to meet Abdou and Violette for their photo session. They wished to have a souvenir session on their vacation place where they are used to go. They have many memories there and fell in love with the landscapes.

A photo session in place you love is always a good idea.

Today I’d like to share with you a wedding that I photographed in Virginia, more precisely in Charlottesville. Two years ago I shot Mary Katherine and Kip’s engagement shoot in Paris. They had chosen the capital for its romanticism and « So French » chic.

During the shoot, we went through the streets of the IVarrondissement, iles Saint Louis, Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral. We had talked a lot and made some connections. It was a great pleasure for them to choose me to photograph their wedding. For a wedding photographer to do the engagement session, then the wedding is a logical next step. So it was in Charlottesville, Virginia that I met up with the two lovers for their wedding.

The bride’s preparation took place at Castle Hill Cider, a beautiful cider-producing property. I joined the bride-to-be along with her bridesmaids and mum for the preparations. Then the group headed to the small Grace Episcopal Church for the religious ceremony in a minibus. At the end of the ceremony, we headed back to Castle Hill Cider for the reception with family and close friends. Then the evening was filled with a fabulous Jump Street Band until the end of the night.

It was a magical and beautiful wedding just like theirs.

Wedding photographer Brooklyn

Today, I share photographs of a wedding in Brooklyn.

By my profession of wedding photographer, I happen to do wedding destinations, these trips bring me to go to incredible places.

When a couple book me to be their wedding photographer in Brooklyn, I said in my head: « are you kidding me?!!! »

NewYork is one my favorite city. I love everything about it: the noise, the hustle, the people, the extraordinary vibrancy of such an alivecity. Every year I come to photograph a wedding in NewYork or Brooklyn with a lot enthusiasm. It was a huge honor to spend this full day with this lovely couple for their wedding.

I joined my couple of the day for their respective getting ready at the Williamsburg Hotel.

Rachel did her getting ready in the located in prime North Brooklyn, with Manhattan just over the bridge .

In the afternoon we went with the brides maids and the bride to the venue, the Brooklyn Grange farm this place is amazing, a farm on a rooftop with the beautiful view of the sky line of Manhattan. It’s comfortable and cozy with a cool atmosphere.

This place was made for her cause the preparation was totally in this mood.

The ceremony was full of emotion, Rachel & Steeven were surrounded by their family and friends.

They celebrate their love the best way ever, congratulations! to the bride & groom.

Séance photo à Bir-hakeim – Paris

C’est au pont de Bir-Hakeim que j’ai rejoint mon couple du jour, Sam et Richie, pour une séance photo. Ils vivent en côte d’ivoire et profitent d’un voyage à Paris pour organiser leur futur mariage. Ils ont souhaité faire une séance photo de couple quelques mois avant le grand jour. Ils ont choisi cette ville romantique pour immortaliser leur amour et garder de beaux souvenirs. Je conseil de faire ce type de séance photo avant afin de se familiariser avec l’objectif. Et l’avantage c’est aussi pour eux de garder de beaux souvenirs à Paris, leur ville de cœur.

Nous avons commencé notre séance en longeant les quais de Seine, offrant une vue imprenable sur les monuments parisiens, tels que la Tour Eiffel, Notre-Dame et la Conciergerie. Puis, nous avons décidé d’explorer le Trocadéro et le Palais de Tokyo, deux lieux emblématiques de la ville de l’amour.

Malgré le froid hivernal, l’atmosphère était douce et chaleureuse. Le couple était très à l’aise devant l’objectif, montrant une grande complicité et une sincère affection l’un envers l’autre. Nous avons pu capturer des moments intimes et romantiques qui resteront gravés dans leur mémoire pour toujours.

En somme, cette séance photo de couple à Paris était une belle occasion pour Sam et Richie de célébrer leur amour et de créer des souvenirs inoubliables dans une ville qui restera à jamais spéciale pour eux.
