Wedding photographer Villars sur Ollon

When an American girl meets a Brazilian, it’s naturally in Switzerland that they get married! Amazing, right? It’s because Alexandra’s parents live in the heart of the Vaud Alps that the wedding of the two young North and South American newlyweds took place in Europe. The young girl has long had a crush on these peaceful and enchanting lands.

A ski resort in winter, Villar sur Ollon becomes a charming place after the snow melts. The pastures are a sparkling green gem where guests from all over the world gathered. The newlyweds had invited their North American friends – from the United States and Canada – as well as South Americans – such as Brazilians and Colombians – mixed with Europeans, including Swiss.

Only the weather was lacking. While it was supposed to be radiant, it was gray and damp. Fortunately, it would have taken much more to discourage the guests, delighted to discover this hospitable place. A tent was used to perform the ceremony in the shelter of the weather. The Swiss horn player took advantage of it to submit the notes of his powerful instrument to the echo of the mountains.

The lights of the mountain are naturally magnificent and it was an absolute joy to photograph the newlyweds in a rolling environment surrounded by green meadows, dotted here and there with groves of thorns. And, in the background, the snowy massif of the Alps.

As usual, the wild wedding day continued with a dinner and a wild party. The guests were able to appreciate Alexandra’s singing talents, who sang them wonderful songs to end this Swiss fairy tale beautifully.
